I help ambitious women redesign careers and lives that actually match who they are becoming.

Because I know what it feels like to wake up one day and realise…… this doesn’t fit anymore.

On paper, everything looks right.

The job. The title. The life you built.

But internally? You feel disconnected, stuck, and quietly unfulfilled.

That moment, where you realise your life or career no longer matches who you’re becoming, that’s the work I do.

Because I've lived it

Shanice Haus of SC-1 Year-17.jpg

I grew up in a military family, where success looked like structure, stability, and sacrifice.

My dad spent 32 years climbing the ranks, my mum held everything together.

And I knew early on, I didn’t want that life for myself.

At 13, I left home and went to boarding school.

At 18, after my first heartbreak, I bought a one way ticket to Paris after landing a role with Disney with zero plan or certainty, only bravery to make a decision to move across the globe as a teenager.

That decision set the tone for my

life

From Paris, to climbing Mount Kilimanjaro with strangers, to working on cruise ships and travelling the world, I built a life based on experience and not on expectation.

But eventually, I came back to the “real world.”

I built the career.

The relationship.

The house.

The version of success that looked good on the outside

I worked my way into high level leadership and management roles, including working for The Royal Household at Windsor Castle and delivering some of the most high profile events in the world.

Two royal weddings. A funeral. A career most people would dream of.

And at the same time, my life was quietly falling apart.

My marriage was breaking down. I was burnt out, exhausted, and completely disconnected from myself.

I had everything I thought I was supposed to want, and I felt like I was failing.

"That was my turning point."

I was faced with a decision, accept that this was my life, or change it.

So I changed it and rebuilt my life from the ground up, alone.

I left the marriage. I rebuilt my confidence. Got clear on what I actually wanted.

Walked into my boss’s office and resigned. Found new supportive high level roles and negotiated the salary I knew I deserved.

I stopped waiting for permission, and for the first time I started building a life that actually fit me.

But reinvention doesn’t stop once, life is constantly creating space for course correction and new identities.

The next chapter of success came with more success, and more pressure.

A high level leadership role with 16 hour days.

Constant pressure and no space to breathe.

And for the first time in my life and completely out of the blue, I was fired.

Because when you're deep inside these environments, you stop recognising dysfunction for what it is. Especially when it's wrapped in luxury

The public humiliation in meetings. The undermining in front of other directors. The subtle tearing down the moment I stopped feeding ego.

I pushed back. I challenged, and suddenly the "support" disappeared.

At the time it felt like everything had been taken away, I was left sitting in the same and trying to navigate the grief, but it was actually the moment that gave me everything.

It forced me to finally stop building careers for other people, and start building my own.

Now, this is the work I do with two types of women

Shanice Haus of SC-1 Year-3.jpg

The woman who knows she’s outgrown her career, but doesn’t yet know what comes next or how to move forward.

And the woman who is stepping into her next level, but doesn’t yet feel like she belongs there or know how to fully own it.

One is leaving what no longer fits, and needs clarity, direction, and the courage to move.

One is rising into what’s next, and needs confidence, leadership, and self trust to hold it.

Both are navigating identity, leadership, and change.

BUT MY WORK IS MORE THAN CAREERS.

My work is about

Having the courage to make decisions

that don't make sense to

anyone else

Rebuilding your identity

outside of a role or title

Stepping into leadership

with confidence and clarity

Creating a life

that actually matches who you are

Because outgrowing your career is not failure, it's evolution

Shanice Haus of SC-1 Year-118.jpg

And stepping into your next level doesn’t just require a new opportunity, it requires a new version of you.

Today, I coach, speak and train women and organisations navigating change.

I work with:

  • women navigating career transitions and reinvention

  • leaders stepping into high-stakes roles

  • organisations building stronger leadership, culture, and performance

Helping women move from burnout to clarity, self doubt to self trust, and overthinking to decisive action.

And helping organisations build confident leaders, stronger teams, and cultures that actually perform.

BECAUSE I DON'T BELIEVE WOMEN ARE STUCK

I believe they’ve outgrown the version of themselves their current life was built for.

AND ONCE YOU SEE THAT, YOU CAN'T UNSEE IT.

A few things you wouldn't expect...

  • I’ve lived alone, moved countries, changed careers, and rebuilt my life multiple times, I don’t just teach reinvention, I live it

  • I have three working cocker spaniels who steal socks and run the house

  • I’m obsessed with a clean, organised space, I’ve been known to deep clean and organise everything, down to the cutlery drawer

  • I love the outdoors, hiking, paddle boarding, wild swimming, camping, anything that gets me outside

  • I believe deeply in the power of the universe, divine timing, and making bold moves before you feel ready

With fierce love,

Shanice

  • I’ve climbed Mount Kilimanjaro (and Mount Everest Base Camp) for charity

  • I’ve worked for The Royal Household at Windsor Castle (yes, including two royal weddings and a funeral!)

  • I got my dream job at Disney in Paris and after that I travelled the world working on cruise ships, my favourite place was Alaska

  • I’ve taken a helicopter onto a glacier and gone dog sledging

  • I’m half German and fluent, which explains my love for structure, standards, and getting things done properly

  • I come from a military family so discipline, ambition, and resilience are in my DNA
